Pet-Friendly Belmont Apartments

The Hayden welcomes your cats and dogs. We allow up to 2 pets per residence. Pet rent is $60 per month per pet and there is an additional $500 deposit per pet required. Restrictions apply: please contact our leasing office to learn more.

Our apartment building also has a convenient on-site pet spa for our four-legged residents, complete with a grooming area and dog wash. Deploy the furminator and rinse those coats!

• Twin Pines Park - .5 Miles Away
  A hidden treasure in the middle of Belmont, Twin Pines blends idyllic meadows and picnic areas with plenty of scenic walking paths. Leashes required.

• Cipriani Dog Park - 2.6 Miles Away
  Built in 2013, this is the only dedicated dog park in Belmont for off-leash activities. There are separate areas for large vs. small dogs, as well as water fountains, bowls for dogs, and shaded benches.

• Waterdog Lake & Open Space - 4.2 Miles Away
  Waterdog Lake/Hidden Canyon Park contains 260 acres of open space and a multi-use trail system surrounding a small lake, with lots of varied terrain and trail lengths for walking, hiking, biking, and recreation. Enjoy amazing views of the bay. Leashes required.
